I bought over $200.00 of groceries today in your Lytle Tx location also with 1-large container of paper towels, 4-pack roll of toilet paper and a 24-pack of angel soft toilet paper. After checkout I loaded up the items into my car and noticed that the 24 count of toilet paper was missing.<br /> Walked all the way back into the store and went straight back to my checkout clerk who said he did load into my cart. I told him I didn't have it and asked for a manager. Manager said he reviewed the camera and said that I had it in my cart. I asked to see for myself but he refused. Although he kept insisting that I had it, I kept insisting that I didn't. Why wouldn't the manager you promoted not give the customer the benefit? I had to wait while my other perishable items were in my car. I will voice my experience over social media and hopefully nobody else has to deal with your unprofessional staff.
