Original Comment I had a bad experience at: Baskin Robbins at 1777 Gallatin Rd N Mchenry Shopping Center, Madison, TN 37115 on 05/22/20. I order a small shake. After a I retrieve it, I left immediately because I had to run next door to grab a pizza I order prior to going to baskin robbins. The shake was real liquidity. I took it back and a young African American female, dark complexion, wearing glasses, weighting about 80lb, 5ft & 3inc trying to make a fool out of me! She tried to convince me the it only takes a few minutes for a shake to melt! I told her I 53 years old and know better & please don't treat me like I don't. She lashed out at me and they had to send her to the back immediately! It was obvious to me, from the other staff actions, they had to do this frequently! I need to speak to a area manager.
