Original Comment I would like to know why items in the bakery department are available hit or miss. The Sams Club I frequent is in West Mifflin, PA. I purchased cinnamon rolls one time as they have not been available since. I approached a bakery employee who said they rarely have them as they are rarely sent to them. Does the bakery have the ability to order stock or not? Another item no longer available is Oregon Trail Cinnamon Raisin bread, which, by the way, was quite often sold out. I spoke with the bakery manager who told me they don't order, but that "they" send them what they want (not sure if he meant Sams Club or the bakery responsible for baking the bread. The bread is available for purchase at western USA locations and has gotten wonderful reviews by customers ( including eastern USA customers) who also have wondered about its availability in the East.
