Original Comment Went to stay there 5 days. Did not stay. Now they are refusing a refund. I did go in room it was dirty so they showed me another room and it was the same as first one, I can understand them charging for the room I entered if any charges. But for them to keep my $396.00 and tell me no refund is so not fair. I was there in town because my Niece was Murdered in flint on mon. Dec 7. I was gonna stay in the hotel from the 9-14 but after getting there and seeing the rooms I asked for refund they said no problem. But then the next day the payment appeared on my bank statement.
