Horrible customer service at Pharmacy !!!! No one knows anything !! They have the deer in the headlights look! I'm a nurse at a nursing home came to get my vaccine. So I see signs posted stating no vaccine at the moment . I ask tech when ? Doesn't know with the deer in the headlights look . She asks another tech another deer in the headlights look ! I'm thinking where I'm I ? So I ask who knows? Then here comes a very young unprofessional pharmacist, with the same I don't know answers . He states we have an allotted amount of vaccines but there is a waiting list and it's by appt . Really ? I tell him my boss went to an HEB no appt waited 45 min and that was it . He was tripping with his own words. He says but we can put u on a waiting list and call you . I ask how long will it take I don't know he again answers . So I say ok put me on the list he goes and brings a post it !!!!! Are you serious ???? I'm like really my info is gonna go on that ?? He answered I'm gonna write it here then put it on a binder . So I ask to see the binder which has the policy and procedures for compliance reasons? Well he brings a binder which is disorganized and not in order by any means . So disappointed I just walked off !!!! HEB get that stuff together and train your employees,people look to have healthcare professionals for some sense of knowledge and training to help us through this time . When you have people already doubting the vaccine and scared. You need to have healthcare professionals looking well trained , able to answer with confidence and organized .
