Original Comment The Troy Michigan Managment either needs some etiquette training or some retail management "meetings" with higher ups in the company in attendance to teach them how to work / get along with others ( middle school 101) , there are 2 women ( manager and asst. manager ) that are nasty , rude and obnoxious to customers and employees alike and this store has had some of the best management in the business years past ! I've been shopping this store for over 15 year and I started going to the W. Bloomfield store because of how horribly the management treats people at the Troy location! So many wonderful employees are now gone and I'll assume it's because of the lousy management !!! Suggestions ladies , if you don't like people ...... get a job where you don't have to work with any !!!
