Original Comment Just curious on the drug policy at the Plainview, Texas location. I have been there on several occasions and had several different servers, but I'm concerned that many of them may be under the influence. The bartenders also seem to have had something before they came into work. The service was okay, nothing to hype about any of the times I've been there. Food is cold, and looks reheated, the steaks are rubbery, and the fries old. The servers have their phones out in the dining area where guests can see them, which I find unprofessional. Just wanted to reach out and advise that the Chili's in Plainview, Texas may need to be reminded of the drug policy and dining room etiquette.
