Original Comment I've been a customer at HEB for many years. I went to HEB car wash in Leander in November. While I was inside the car wash the car wash broke down and Malfunctioned causing damage to my car. Elizabeth Gray And her boss Ricky T was very unprofessional, rude and unaccommodating to the customer. I sent 2 estimates to Elizabeth and a copy of my license. After after 2 months she issued a check for the lowest estimate which I understand. But she put the collision company's name on the check so I can't deposit the check into my bank. The check also expires in 6 months and I am not able to have the work done before the check expire in 6 months. Can someone at HEB re issue a check for the damages for in my name only so I can deposit the check into my bank and get my repairs done later when I have the time to get them done? Her car wash broke down and malfunctioned while I was inside of it. But Elizabeth Gray is talking to me like I'm some kind of criminal. The day that the car went crazy the gas station attendant saw the machine malfunction. Two store managers also came to see the machine. Elizabeth Gray talks to me as if I committed some kind of crime when it was her car wash that malfunctioned on my vehicle. I was lucky to get out of the car with serious bodily harm.
