o Whom it May Concern:<br /> <br /> I've recently been in the market for a snow blower, and after much research I decided on Cub Cadet. That said, I went about trying to purchase and support from one of our local dealers in the 17402 trading areas. Well, the entire process left me feeling wanting. First, the dealers had zero inventory and not one of them offered to order one for me, nor tell me where I can find your brand. Then to add to my frustration, I made the decision to buy from Home Depot so I could still get the Cub Cadet. Home Depot large purchases are always a disaster in my experience....in fact they have already missed their delivery window time and I can't get an update. <br /> <br /> I sincerely hope that your product does not leave me feeling wanting like the businesses you have entrusted with your brand. <br /> <br /> By the way, it's very difficult to find how to send type of message to your company. Makes me wonder if you're customer centric.
