Original Comment I took my family to eat last night for a birthday dinner and it was the worst visit ever. We waited for over an hour for our food. The waiter never came to check on us. Matter of fact after he got us drinks he forgot about us for 25 minutes. Then he finally came back and took our orders and we never seen him again. It took us to get a manager in order to get our food. There were people coming in after us and leaving before us. I typically like chilli and go there often but after last night I'm rethinking going back. That was the worst service ever.
