Original Comment I have a toaster oven that started turning on by itself. I used less than 2 yrs, so it's out of warranty I understand. I called the Cuisinart customer service # anyways. <br /> They took some information and said they would send a packing label for me to ship back then they would send a gift card for another Cuisinart product. I was fine with that. They where supposed to email me label. I never received but I did receive a survey so I know they have my email.<br /> I've called atleast 2x after that and they said they would mail label. Never received. <br /> The last they would email and mail label and never received anything. <br /> This box has been sitting on the floor ready to go for almost 6month!!<br /> What Cuisinarts problem?
