Original Comment Worthless Company ever. Paid my car loan off in January 2021. Paid a total of 71k. Asked for a lean release from them and never recieced it. Called again still never received it. Called 2 months later spoke with supposed supervisor who was talking to finance and was going to FedEx the document, still waiting on that callback and tracking number. Glad I am not holding my breathe. Still can't get my truck registered in my name. Called the dealership and they were nice enough to send me another temperate so I don't get pulled over. Now it is almost expired again and still have yet to get my lein release letter.
