I have purchased 6 brand new vehicles from AutoNation Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Fiat North Phoenix with my son also purchasing his first two vehicles from this lot and other family, friends as well as colleagues have as I've referred them throughout the years.

I recently made an appointment online to come in as I needed to trade-in for a larger vehicle since taking in 2 more children. As a single working parent, I needed to pay a sitter while I went in for my appointment which was confirmed 4 times via email. Upon my arrival nobody was there. I called several times with no answer because nobody was up front at the phones. A couple of sales reps drove by in a gold cart making eye contact but never stopping (1 recently sold a new car to my son). I got in my car and drove to the lot next door and back. This time I was greeted outside and I gave the names of the sales reps I'd confirmed with. I was told he'd go inside and tell the rep I was here. I explained I was not comfortable entering the building since a group just walking in without masks on. He said no problem so I sat outside on the bench waiting. Nobody came out. I gave up and left 49 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I went home and paid my sitter and paid for her transportation home since we didn't all fit in my car. I submitted a complaint to the BBB asking for help with this purchase.

I sent several emails asking/begging for help because I was desperate for the bigger vehicle to safety fit all my children. The emails back and forth were condescending with attempts at pointing the blame on me for going to the wrong place. I explained how difficult that would truly be considering how many vehicles I've purchased and had serviced throughout the years on that very lot.

Ultimately I was able to do the deal online as I've already driven a Renegade before so I was familiar with size, comfort and handling. It fit my current needs. I was told the sales rep was bringing the paperwork for signature tat night. I was in shock when he showed up in the dark with the vehicle and ready to drive y trade in away. I had to remove car seats and personal belongings in the dark. I was not shown anything about the features of the new vehicle nor was I handed anything about the functionality of the features.

I've been asking for close to a month for the odometer information on my trade in so I can get a discount on the extended warranty but I keep getting the runaround with the GM. I need the paperwork showing the odometer reading. I'm not allowed to have it for some reason. It's being withheld from me.

The driver's side wiper blades smears a mess and does not clear the rain/water leaving streaks. I scheduled with the service department manager but on arrival was told they do not have wiper blades and that I'd be called when they do. A week later I reached out to the service department manager and was told the wiper blade came in. I asked him if my children and I could sit in the vehicle while they changed the blade on the school lunch break because otherwise I'd have to schedule for Saturday if we needed to drop the vehicle off with the service department and get out and wait outside for an hour or two. 24 hours later and still no response on the wiper blade.

A month later and still no response on the requested odometer reading.

I'm seeking help with the wiper blade, odometer reading and features/functionality of the new Renegade.
