Original Comment We have a 2019 Toyota Raz 4 and it was called in for a recall. (fuel pump) It went to New Holland,PA and came back with the gas gauge was not working. they took it back and said it was fixed. (It was not fixed, still not working) Took it back two more time and they were going to bring it back the same day since it is our only car. Well, it got late so I called and whoever answered the phone said they left for the night. They didn't even call us to let us know that they were not bringing it back. I called in the morning and they said they were bringing it back this morning. They said they would wash and wax it for our troubles. Well, that didn't happen. So disappointed with their service. We bought 3 cars there 2015- 2017, and 2019 from them. I don't have any respect for them at this point if that is how they treat their faithful customers. Won't be buying another one from them.
