Boostmobile has really went to poo this company is getting worse by the minute from rude customer service reps in person and over the phone <br /> <br /> I placed a purchase for a Samsung phone that cost me $452.99 on July 2 i called july 3rd to cancel the order.<br /> <br /> That wasnt the phone I actually wanted but it was a phone close to it so I ordered it. I found the phone i wanted from a different company ! They had better phone and a nice deal going on so I left boostmobile <br /> <br /> Mind you i place the order the 2nd if july tried to cancel july 3rd the rep stated it was being shipped out so she couldnt cancel the order to just refuse it when it come and I will get my refund for the purchase <br /> <br /> They keep giving me the run around keep asking why did i leave as I speak to each rep I just ask for my refund I asked for their corporate information the SUPERVISOR stated to me exactly &quot;We dont have corporate information &quot; I tgen ask well who do you answer to ?? Who is your boss there is someone above you as well as above your boss. <br /> <br /> They refuses to return my money stating they have to wait until the phone is received by the warehouse! I have proof that they have the phone been had the phone and was accepted into the warehouse on July 10 today is August 3rd and I am still getting the run around its time to get the LAWYERS INVOLVED SINCE THERE IS NO CORPORATE AND YOUR COMPANY DONT WANT TO ISSUE THE REFUND THAT IS RIGHTFULLY MINE
