Dear Kitchenaid:<br /> <br /> I have a 5/drawer Kitchenaid refrigerator that has given me nothing but problems. I have had 5 services calls in the last year with the last being in December/2021 where they replaced all sealed parts. You would think at this point everything would work. But, my freezer and icemaker are still not working, the freezer is leaking and I have lost hundreds of dollars of food (again) because of this. At this point I believe this refrigerator is a &quot;lemon&quot;. I am more than disappointed with Kitchenaid and this refrigerator. When you buy quality you expect quality but this is not the case. And, to make matter matters even worse the Kitchenaid service company wants to charge me $150 to diagnose the problem that has been the same problem all along! This is unacceptable and need this to be rectified immediately is not sooner.
