My account has always been current. Recently replaced phone due to badly cracked screen. Had to move to a remote area to care for sick relative.No cell signal. Found a carrier that works for me. Can't unlock my phone?? Trying to explain I need a transfer pun when rep hung up on me and suddenly I get a text message that my number has changed!?! Have spent an hour trying<br /> to recover my number.
