Original Comment My complaint is with the manager Carol at the Marshall's/HomeGoods combo in Vero Beach,Fl. What I witnessed was a very disgusting and shocking behavior from Carol. She belittle,bullied, very rude and this sets an unhealthy environment to her employees and to others like me a customer. She micromanage and doesn't support her team which is so sad because the employees are helpful and extremely stressed out that you can see it in their faces. What I saw she came out of her closed office and goes outside to smoke then come in and yells at her employees like they are some kind of trash. I guessed she has done it too many years that she forgot to be compassionate, caring, a team leader that sets an example to others and being supportive by bring around. Anyone can be a manager in a closed door but it takes a real manager that becomes part of a team! And one that cares too because it motivates your employees & it becomes a healthy environment for them to show up to work!
