I canceled a *refundable* flight ticket that I also purchased insurance on. I received one part of my refund but not the remaining. I've called Priceline CSR for 2 months straight now trying to get an update on where my refund is. I've been told a check was sent out to me - but I never received anything. I've been told I will be receiving a direct deposit, but again nothing received on my end. I've talked to the finance/accountant office, travel services, senior supervisor and no one has helped this issue. Their response is "sorry, I'll escalate this case for you" - I have 27 escalation ID's for the same issue.
