This company is crooked. They removed the use of one of their printers when windows 11 was updated. You can no longer print tape labels on the DUO. Since I am a teacher on the west coast and they are in Conn. I can't sit on hold for 20 minutes during their limited business hours.<br /> <br /> If after a year they cannot figure out how to update their driver, they need to do the right thing and ship us a label maker to make up for the loss of functionality. They have also shipped their support offsite to India/Pakistan, so these people dodge helping you and give you the runaround since they are clearly not empowered to do anything.
