Original Comment I am stunned that your customer service representative would sell the business of my wife and I over a few days of high speed data. I was cut off to the point of not being able to use my phone at all basically, and even then they said too bad. I have been a loyal customer for years. It was a mistake because my wifi wasn't being recognized for a short time. I thought that there would be someone that would realize that my business going elsewhere was important. I was wrong
