Original Comment Hi , my experience with chipotle tonight was horrible. I went in to buy a barbacoa bowl and a chicken burrito. When i was ordering my bowl, i had to wait for them to have white rice because they were out. Then they were out of black beans. And i had to wait for that too. And then they were out of fajitas and also barbacoa! I had to wait for all this and it seemed like the employees werent prepared at all leaving all the toppings empty. there were customers after me who also had to wait for all these toppings to be cooked. It was unacceptable that they werent prepared with toppings at 4:45pm. Its not like they were about to close or anything. I was very disappointed with the service.
