Stayed at your Holiday Inn Express in Christiansburg VA. Nice , clean hotel. I was awaken at 1:30 am to the hotel fire alarm only to be turned off after 4 minutes. After about 15 minutes the alarm again went off to once again be turned off after 4 minutes. After about 20 minutes, the alarm went off a third time and remained on for 10 or so minutes, one this occasion I evacuated the building into the rain outside. Fire Marshall cleared the codes and allowed us to return to building. Now fully awake I decided to check out of hotel and request my $480.00 for such a horrible experience. I was told that I would need to contact management in the morning and that the alarm kept turning in due to rain water somehow leaking into building and making contact with fire sensor? I have tried to contact management via phone and the General Manager refuses to return any of my messages left behind.. Your management team at this hotel won't even have the courtesy to call me back to discuss this event ! Please make this right .
