Original Comment I am asking for a refund for work done on my vehicle on 01/30/23. I was charged $350.00 for labor that took 55 minutes <br /> To complete. The mgr says they can only charge what is their job requirement. Again it took 55 minutes for the worker<br /> To remove/ replace inner/outer Ty rods and wheel align. I feel robbed by Pep Boys at $350.00 labor for 55 minutes of<br /> Work. My work was done at 2501 South Cicero Ave, Cicero, Il. I have used this location over 10 years. However, I am very <br /> Disappointed for the following actions by Pep Boys management. Red Line Towing was referred to me through Pep Boys,<br /> And pep boys added a $75.00 charge for towing on my bill when I had not established a working relationship with Pep Boys.<br /> I asked the mgr what is the relationship between Pep Boys and Red Line Towing that they can put charges on my bill and<br /> Pep Boys do it before the customer is serviced.This is my 1st experience with Pep Boys and Red Line towing. I want a<br /> Reduction in my labor charge from Pep Boys.
