Original Comment As a business owner and manager.....I know poor customer service...and let me tell you .<br /> ..your employees in call center are very disrespectful and never honored my 3 year warranty.....on top of that hang up on me as a result nothing has been resolved .....I don't like to talk bad on your products because I own lots of you equipment and only this mower failed probably due to manufacturers defects. Contact me back to hear me out please .
