Original Comment Priceline refused to refund on a room that could not supply sufficient internet connection, and lied to state they had never had trouble with their internet. The swine that own the hotel stated, you(me) need to get refunded by Priceline, since I booked it through them.Priceline played along with their end of the bait-n-switch routine by stating I needed to get the owner of the hotel to refund. I stayed in the room long enough to determine their internet did not work for connections. I was told to leave the hotel, since I could connect near the office or in the lobby, but not in myy room. They stated the police would come to kick me out, so I left without staying. Of course Priceline has their foreign contracts that have people barely English speaking to make trouble for people seeking a refund. In trying to determine how to escalate the complaint and refund, they only go back to the customer care line which is intentionally useless for anything real. Priceline is a lot of skam and little better than petty thieves.
