Would like to know if HEB would consider building a store in Conroe on SH 105 and around Crockett-Martin Rd. The number of neighborhoods coming around is incredible and the closest store from the "country" is 11 miles. We feel the business would be great as only dollar stores around with not much grocery selection and no produce whatsoever. The population in this area within the last 10 years has at least tripled if not quadrupled, with more housing being built around.
