Original Comment Your Bank should not be sending survey and email because of relations.. I was In your office and opened CD's and money Market accounts. I put my children's names as beneficiaries. All three called me and they received an email asking For survey from their recent visit .In the First place they did not even visited the Bank and they want them to rate their overall satisfaction. Don't assume that they went to the Bank . They were puzzled as to How their infos were shared For marketing purposes, its a privacy issue For them its ok with me since I am the account holder. If you need it For your Records its fine but not For marketing purposes. I am now confused if I have to trust an institution like this where you better not compromised their personal data. My kids are adults and I have no choice but to tell them that I gave their infos because I added them as beneficiaries. Its a privacy issue, and I believe its only For myself alone but not For account holders who were asked to submit a survey and they did not even visited the Bank. This is very disturbing. Thanks.
