Original Comment Just want to let you know this shopper won't be spending at Ross .. I was at the Miami location on 120th ( London Square Mall ) . Cashier was ringing up one customer so I went through the self check out . Paid . Went for a bag to place my purchases in and was told by the cashier whom now had a line of four customers I would have to wait in line so she could check my self service purchases ! Well I did wait in line and I returned all my selections . Meanwhile other store employees were just standing around .. this consumer would prefer to pay more to be treated as a consumer would desire .
