Original Comment First, I would like to say I'm never make complaints about food industry. I understand everyone is stressed and good employees are hard to find. But the attitude I received today at the Arby's in Hartselle Alabama was completely uncalled for. A vehicle was pulled up to the ordering menu for the drive-through and was sitting there. When I pulled in behind this lady sat there for a good 15 minutes while I was there and I never heard anyone tell her to hang on or anything. Just silence. She even said hello a few times and was never answered. She drove away. I pulled up and sat another five minutes. Seeing the first lady drive off I drove up to the window after waiting a bit. I'm on duty as a deputy sheriff. I'm in my marked patrol car. I sit at the window and see people moving around worried that there was something wrong in the store, I figured I would just place my order at the window. If everything was OK I get they were busy when the woman opens the door to hand me an order I didn't place and there was no one else in front of me that had waited. She told me 1107 I said, ma'am I did not place an order yet we were sitting at the ordering speaker and it wasn't moving. I wanted to make sure everything was OK. The lady at the window rolled her eyes so hard and said well we're kind of busy. I said I understand that but I thought something might be wrong. (There's not that many cars in the parking lot.) she said nothing's wrong and rolled her eyes again and began to shut the window. I left and will not be back to this location, especially on duty. It was an older blond headed lady with messed up teeth. No Customer should be talked to like that.
