Original Comment I work in White Castle 103 it's located in Alsip IL my gm is Marcus Cannon it's about to be a year I been working there I asked him to make a certified trainer. He's respond was no until June when me and other girl we started working the same month and year and Marcus already made her certified trainer she won't work nights cuz her parents say it's unsafe for her when she over 21 and I'm just 18 also he's not fair with the schedule it's been 3 weeks that he cuts off my hours. He also hired new people and I talked to Marcus how his new hires are always on their phone and his response was I can't be there 24 hours of the day making himself not responsible of his employees. There's a manager named Amanda which she gets a lot of privileges from Marcus she's always on her phone she bumps off the order without giving out the food. There times when something happens in the store we text Marcus and he never answers and his always trying be the victim of everything his not a good gm. Also a girl that he just hired his already thinking of making her manager and l been waiting to be certified trainer I know how to change the oil for the fryers I never call of I'm always on time PLEASE KEEP AN EYE IN THAT WHITE CASTLE
