Original Comment I recently took a trip from Orange county N.Y to New Hampshire. My 2012 Ultra Classic Limited had 4000 miles on it , I developed a shimmy in the front of my bike . I stopped at Seacrest harley which was about 17 miles south east of Hampton beach N.H. . Too my suprise the service manage said they could'nt do anything to help me for at least 3 days. I explained that i was a traveler on my way back home but it did'nt make a difference to him. At that point i went on internet and found Nashua HD which was about 60 miles north east of my location, Jamie Innes assured me he would get to my bike that day but might have to wait. My wife and I got on bike and rode up there. When we arrived which was about 2 hours later because of shimmy , Jamie put a tech on it right away and had it fixed within 2 hours. i'm writing this letter for two reasons , one is to thank Nashua HD for thieir treatment to travelers and their commitment to the biker life style. They understand what bikers do for other bikers. The second reason is to BASH seacrest hd, they let my wife and I get on and drive 60 miles on a bike that needed work. Shame on them !!!!!!.
