Original Comment Buying a Lexmark All In One Printer/Fax recently was the worst mistake I ever made! Customer Service was even worse! The first S415 did not work, as the screen remain blank. The replacement was worse, as I had to call 3 times, first with the print color, then with fax problems, and lastly with the printing, using up all my ink on tests, costing $80 to replace. The 3rd replacement, all within one week, I received the machine with no power cord, or computer connector cord, no print head or cartridges,only an open space,and no booklet, as I had to return everything with the machine I returned. I wasted over a week, unable to fax and print when I had deadlines, so had to go to Office Depot to finish the job each time, thirty minute drive time one way, and more money. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in the incompetency of your company and intend on contacting the BBB to let them know in case others have similar problems!
