Original Comment As I was making perhaps my 15th reservation, I got an error message. Many calls and waits later, the answer was the same: you account has been closed and we are not allowed to give further information. Your account will not be reopened; you can try a different account but it will be closed. So much for customer satisfaction and loyalty!!! Each time a number is given: 415 343 8808. Listen to it. "BBBBBBrrxxxx Fraud Department, leave a message." Five messages later, no call. No problem with the credit card given -- charge was approved and remained in pending for a week, but resevations did not go through. Thanks Hotwire, I was a good customer and this is just the holiday gift for me at a time of much travel planning for the first months of 2013. Also, thanks for that warm feeling about my customer loyalty. Better Business Bureau?
