Original Comment You Need To Think Long & Hard On If You Want This Service. When The Chips Are Down All Of A Sudden No One Can Help You. Tracfone Customer Service Is Terrible & Pretty Much No One Speaks English. Pretty Sad Day When Me As An American Cannot Understand Anyone At Tracfone. I Did Finally Ask To Be Transfered To An American & I Got Corporate...."ceevee" Well She Hung Up On Me When She Could Not Answer My Question. My Problem Is That Someone From Tracfone For Whatever Reason Took Off The "triple Minutes For Life Of The Phone" Off My Phone And Could Not Tell Me Why But Couldn't Unerstand Why I Was Sooooooooo Upset. Go Figure!!!!!!!!! This Company Sure Doesn't Care About What Their Own Customer Need.
