I am one of the unlucky purchasers of the problem ridden Harmony 1000i remote. I too had the same issues as many other I would suspect ex Logitech customers. When I rang the help line I was told it was a memory chip and is a common problem and after checking on the forums I was surprised to see how big a problem. The response from the help line was it cant be fixed and I would have to purchase a new one. I still remember the high pricse I paid.<br /> <br /> What makes you think I would ever purchase another one of your products when you design and sell faulty gear. I used to purchase your products for my customers (I supply and install home automation systems and A/V systems). I must say that I have not and will not purchase or supply any of your gear for my customers while you treat your customers with total disdain.<br /> <br /> It seems you are used to complaints as you ask customers not to use profanity - a sign of all the frustrated ex customers you have. <br /> <br /> Why do you ignore complaints, as I have sent numerous emails with no response whatsoever. I have filled out customer surveys - with no response. Just shows the respect you hold for your customers.<br /> <br /> I managed to find a manufacturer of a remote that works and they honor a thing called customer support (dont even think you know how to spell it).<br /> <br /> I am about to contact all my customers where I supplied your gear to do a changeover from the crap you sell and for a small fee exchange for a new unit. Unlike you,my name is my business and I cant afford to supply your gear anymore as I feel I dont have any confidence in your products to continue using them.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The purchase of the 1000i remotes were a while ago but you guys keep on reminding me by asking me to fill out surveys.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> John Yomataris
