Original Comment I ordered floor tile from my local Lowe's. They said they would have it at the store within a week. I picked the tile up and when installing noticed that they were from 4 different lots and so the tile were different sizes. Went back to Lowe's telling them the men had to stop working and were being paid for by the day. That night I did receive a call that they found the right tiles. I had to pay someone to return 20 boxes and pick up 20 boxes of the right size tiles. I did not receive any apology from the store manager for the loss of my time and the time of the men doing the job. Totally disappointed in Lowe's.
