Original Comment OMG! This is the most inept organization I have ever dealt with. When I switched over from my regular medical insurance when I was working to Tricare now that I'm retired, Express Scripts (ES) couldn't do a simple chore like transferring my prescriptions. They even had the audacity to tell me that I wasn't even on some of the prescriptions that I was taking for years. I have had multiple phone calls to ES only to get the same tired explanation that this person that I am now talking to will take care of it. I spent 30 years in sales and this organization surely shows lack of training and follow through - the president or CEO of ES needs to get a wake up call or at least have someone who knows how to train people show him where and what they are lacking - which is a lot! When any other team under preforms, it is usually the head coach or the manager that gets the old heave ho. Just look at JC Penney.
