My 8 month old Nikon D800E camera stopped communicating with my MacBook Pro, while I was tethered, and, then the a/f failed completely during a commercial job. Almost two weeks to evaluate the and repair the problem, Nikon returned it, and, after 20 exposures I experienced the same problem, now they want 7-10 days to complete the repair. Poor design quality, in addition someone that has owned several Phase One backs, Hasselblad's, and Canon products, I will say Nikon has the worse customer service, bar none. There were many ways they could have resolved the situation, however customer retention is not a priority, The Camera has cost me far more then the value of the unit, and that's just a snap shot of the situation. Other then that, great concept!
