Original Comment My husband and myself were at your Wilkesboro NC store today Sept 1, 2013. My husband had went there looking for a chuck key for his drill and the form that holds the metal railing down on a porch. We had very bad customer service. We were looking for the chuck key for his drill know one ask if they could help him look for anything. When he ask for help and he told them what he was looking for he was told they didn't have any and the same happened with the metal railing .He was told they didn't have any. I would have expected better from this store because this is the county where Lowes started out at. We were planning to buy a lot of things today, but I guess that we will take our business elsewhere.
