Original Comment Their Guarantee means pretty much nothing. They guarantee fresh flowers and if you don't happen to receive fresh flowers their is nothing they can do about and it seemed as though they could care less. The flowers ordered were for a Memorial Service on a Sunday morning. We had an arrangement with dried up green leaves and some of the flowers were dead of pieces of the flowers were missing. It was pathetic and embrassing.
