I am the logistics manager for Honor Flight Austin. We send the World War Two veterans to Washington DC to see their memorial. I have been having my wheel chair tags made at you store in Pflugerville Texas for the past several flights. Each time I have made an order, the tags have been incorrect. Your store has corrected the isue but each correction takes additional time and trips on my part. Today was the third error and the last. I had the Honor Flight lgo prepared and tags selected but the store computer could not read the file. I returned to the office and reformated the drive and reloaded the jpeg and then drove back to the store. Again, the stor could not read the file. At that point I was informed that the store system was not operating properly. Your store appologized adn then went directly to the next customer inline. Talk about feeling like a third party and not worth anything. I volunteer my time and money to support these aging veterans and expected a little more from your company than what I recieved. Honor Flight will nolonger use Office Depot for our admin needs nor will we recommend your company to other organizations in which we are affiliated.
