Original Comment Totally disappointed with Travelers. <br /> <br /> My company, for 10 years have used and paid Travelers in full annually for Workers Comp without a claim. When my company ran into a time of need and advise Travelers we no longer had employees, we are told because we were not timely with our audit, Travelers would not reimburse funds paid for employees we did not have.<br /> <br /> In one phone call from Travelers, one decision on the part of Travelers, I have decided not to use this company in the future and to spread the word to all the small businesses and associates I can through all the social media sites available to me.
