Bait and Switch. You call to order minutes, And they give you what they want not what you order.<br /> Then tell you can not do nothing about it. I just called and told Home Shopping Network about them. And I called my Credit Card company. You are better off buying a brand new one than trying to order minutes. We do not have to take this.
