Original Comment I work at a bank and I am shocked with Ally bank. I am trying to get my car payment drafted from my account and was told to fax the form and it would be taken care of. I called to check and they said they don't have it on record. I faxed this form 13 times and they still can not see it coming through and would not help me. Who would have thought you would have to beg a bank to take your money right from your account to make sure they are paid. I will close my account and pay the extra intrest to another bank just to have the trust that you should get from a bank. I would advise everyone, don't trust your money with theses people........
