Horrible horrible company. Customer service robots leave you wanting to scream. They put you on hold, transfer you, and keep you on the phone almost an hour and nobody knows a thing. They could turn Mary Poppins into a raging lunatic! Try to fix aN error, like them charging my credit card without my permission, and it's impossible. How can it be so difficult when I did not give them permission to charge my credit card? How can it be so difficult to understand that simple thing? I don't get it. What part of &quot;You did not have my permission to charge my credit card&quot; is not understandable. Are these people all brain dead or is this how they are programmed so people will just hang up and forget it. And it's not like it's a lot of money. They steal from the elderly and should have criminal charges against them. They are thieves and liars. They steal from the elderly and, if they can't fix it, should be shut down.<br /> Next letter is to the Attorney General, After I leave ANOTHER voice mail to the simpleton &quot;supervisor&quot; who was supposed to call me back last week. I will leave 10+ messages a day if I have to.
