Original Comment i had made a reservation to rent a car with avis for 7-28 thru 7-3 howeve on 7-3 wasn't going to make it back in time so they tell me I have to pay for july 4 cause all locations were closed on the way back from Virginia on the 3 the transmition went out in the car good thing my sister was behind me pouring down rain I called roadside assistance was told I could go get another car however I was so mad n my sister was with me I didn't they told me leave the car and they would be there to get it so I did still got charged till the 5th and also they charged me 720.00 for the car for a one way fee???? and gas etc this is the worst company ever! and they don't check out there cars at all all they want is money and the employee at that location acted as if he was being forced to work there so rude... then called me a week later saying I still have a car out that is past due! no communication what so ever with this company terrible service!
