Original Comment Clay Cooley Nissan in Austin,Texas, has a bunch of deceitful people making this &quot;Loyal customer of 30 years&quot; very unhappy! They give Nissan a bad name! When I told the Finance Manager that I was refinancing my new Rogue through my bank because the failed to give me a lower interest rate he asked if I could wait and make at least three payments so that they could get their money from ally Financial. Can you believe this guy, he said they stand to lose thousands where I would only lose a couple of hundred! <br /> It has taken Clay Cooley Nissan three and half weeks to cut a check to ally Financial for warranty cancellations, told me over the phone that they Fed Exed the check overnight on August 4, seven days later, August 11 2014, ally had just received the check. Still waiting for check to clear so that I can proceed with my paper work with my bank. Bottom line, don't buy from Clay Cooley!
