Name is Edward Scott. I am a Cricket Wireless Customer and have been a Customer for two years now. I have payed my phone bills on time and during the billing cycle my phone gets hot lined for no reason. This has been going on since I have been with Cricket these last two years. I have faxed the documentation every time. Services would get restored and get interrupted again within three days and I am sick of it. Was supposed to have received a credit on April of this year and have not received a credit yet. My phone number for my account is . I need my services on Today!!!
