Original Comment Hi i would like to make a comment about the kmart Its the worst kmart... they are short handed and people are quiting and getting fired because of the manager Oscar ...He is a straight and he humilliates his employees.Sometime they have gone home crying but they have been there so long and need the job because there isnt much places to work in Bishop Ca. He says he is there to manage the store but not to get dirty or work helping out;thats why he has employees to do that. He makes you feel stupid and less. His comments are really not appropriate about not understanding what you are saying and about how you are a failure how you are a liar..STRAIGHT UP The hourse are illegal... supposively no full timeres because they dont want to pay benefits because of the law..but yet they have employess working full time no benefits no over time..but are reporting in system you're part time... and by law you have to work 4 hours at least and they put you for 3 hours.. they dont respect your time or other jobs hours they only want you to respect there schedule but they change your hours when they want to even though they know you cant work certain hours because of your other job.
